Bauzeichner:in for DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH in Munich. Planning and designing complex engineering structures, working with planning participants, graphical representation of planning variants, construction stages and processes, quantity determination, quality assurance, and participation in BIM projects.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Planning and designing complex engineering structures
Independently handling projects in collaboration with planning participants
Graphical representation of planning variants and deepening of planning in structural design
Graphical representation of construction stages and necessary construction processes
Participation in quantity and mass determination
Ensuring planning services meet required quality standards
Participation in projects using BIM planning methodology

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of training as a Bauzeichner:in
Ideally completed further qualification as a Techniker:in
Several years of professional experience in planning engineering structures (e.g., bridges)
Possibly first BIM experience
Software knowledge in MS Office, AutoCad, Revit, SOFiCAD, etc.
Familiarity with HOAI service profiles and applicable regulations and standards
Quality, cost, and deadline-conscious thinking and action
Initiative, good organizational and analytical skills
