At DB InfraGO AG, you will oversee railway construction sites, ensuring safe and efficient operation while adhering to regulatory guidelines. The role includes cost management, coordination with stakeholders, progress documentation, and ensuring compliance with operational safety during construction. As Germany's largest host, DB aims to develop future-oriented, sustainable stations.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Monitor construction sites in the infrastructure sector, ensuring oversight in all aspects
Supervise costs, schedules, measurements, invoice reviews, and manage change orders
Conduct construction meetings and coordinate with project managers, contractors, and asset managers
Ensure safe and seamless railway operations during construction (building under rolling wheels)
Coordinate various contractors by type, time, and location of their services
Control and document project progress
Prepare operational applications, construction applications, and blocking concepts for projects, including comprehensive coordination with involved areas

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or industrial engineering with a focus on construction
Certification as a construction supervisor (Bauüberwacher:in Bahn Kib/Oberbau)
Significant professional experience in construction supervision, infrastructure project realization, and/or operational maintenance
Strong knowledge of track construction and areas such as HOAI, VOB, and relevant legal regulations
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Class B driver's license, unrestricted medical fitness, and readiness to take over emergency management after certification
High level of responsibility, coordination skills, communication skills, assertiveness, and an independent, reliable work ethic
