Bauüberwacher:in Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau / Oberbau

• Contribute to exciting and forward-looking construction projects in structural engineering/track superstructure
• Ensure contract-compliant and quality-compliant realization of construction projects
• Ensure safe and smooth railway operation during construction phase
• Coordinate various contractors regarding type, time and location of their services
• Document and continuously control project progress
• Monitor compliance with costs, deadlines and quality standards for customers
• Participate in acceptance and commissioning of facilities
• Participate in approximately 2.5-year qualification program

• Successfully completed university degree in civil engineering or comparable field
• Willingness to complete functional training as a construction supervisor railway (or already have this qualification)
• Ideally first experience in construction management, infrastructure projects or operational maintenance
• Strong sense of responsibility, coordination/communication skills, assertiveness, and an engaged, reliable and independent way of working
• IT proficiency
• Willingness to prove medical and psychological suitability for operational service (checked during hiring)
• Flexibility, team spirit and enjoyment of working directly on site
• Class B driver's license
• Willingness to travel within the North region
