Jobbeschreibung:

We are looking for a construction technician for further training as a specialist construction supervisor for superstructure (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG in the Kiel network at the locations Neumünster, Lübeck or Kiel.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

ensure contract-compliant and timely implementation of investment and maintenance measures in the superstructure area
ensure safe railway operation and respond to changes in the construction process
monitor quality, costs, deadlines, and safety on the construction site
ensure defect-free performance
professionally instruct external service providers on the construction site
check resource capacities for work to be carried out
control construction services from external service providers and suppliers from a technical and commercial perspective
document the construction process according to guidelines
record defects
ensure compliance with occupational, environmental, and fire protection measures as well as accident prevention

Anforderungen:

state-certified or recognized technician in the field of construction
certified industrial foreman in the track construction sector or similarly qualified
willingness to acquire qualification as a specialist construction supervisor for superstructure
ideally good knowledge of building law, contract law, and change order management
experience in controlling and monitoring subcontractors
goal-oriented and structured way of working
willingness to work in day shifts, if necessary also at night, on weekends or on public holidays
valid class B driving license
