For our client, a company in special foundation engineering and engineering technology in Berlin-Mahlsdorf, we are looking for you as a Construction Manager - Engineering Construction (m/f/d) within the framework of temporary employment with an option for permanent hire.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Plan and manage complex engineering construction projects independently, steering the entire process from initial bid processing to work preparation and cost calculation
Supervise both new construction and demanding repair work on retaining structures and reinforced concrete bridges, carried out on schedule under the particular challenge of ongoing railway operations
Take full responsibility for ensuring projects are implemented to a high quality and cost-consciously, and ensure adherence to all agreed schedules
Have personnel responsibility for a team of three to seven employees, lead them competently, and coordinate subcontractors and corresponding contract awards
Be responsible for the scheduling of large-scale equipment and materials and check incoming invoices for correct billing of construction projects
Be responsible for active change order management and ensure, through structured working methods, optimal economic implementation of the engineering construction projects entrusted to you

Anforderungen

Successfully completed degree in civil engineering
Solid theoretical expertise for managing demanding projects in structural engineering
Relevant professional experience as a construction manager or project manager
Solid knowledge of current building regulations and VOB
Confident skills in using construction-specific software and common MS Office applications
German language skills at native level in spoken and written form
High willingness to travel within Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Hamburg, and Saxony
Structured and goal-oriented personality
High degree of independence and competence in leading a team
