The role of Bauleiter:in Sanierung und Instandsetzung involves overseeing renovation and maintenance projects, ensuring cost-effective and timely use of resources, coordinating with various stakeholders, and offering development opportunities in a dynamic and supportive work environment. The position includes travel in Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt, and Thüringen with a structured mentoring program and up to 40 vacation days.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Preparation, management, and evaluation of renovation and maintenance projects
ensuring competent, cost-efficient, and timely use of personnel and technical resources
creation of site concepts for implementation, including necessary safeguarding plans and cooperation with permit applications (e.g., Betra)
handling contact with clients, including acquisition
technical coordination with planners, authorities, owners, and project participants.

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed studies in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or comparable
comparable qualification such as master craftsman or technician
enjoy alternating between office and construction sites
ability to independently manage a travel schedule (approx. 20%) in Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt, and Thüringen
structured and independent work style
flexibility
ability to stay calm in stressful situations
strong communication skills
proficiency in IT applications like MS Office and SAP
willingness to acquire and maintain required qualifications
Class B driver’s license
health suitability (checked during application process).
