Jobbeschreibung:

Construction coordinator position at DB InfraGO AG in Saarbrücken for coordinating construction measures at railway stations with focus on quality and guest experience. The role involves project management of complex construction projects and serving as interface between various stakeholders.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Coordinate construction measures with the goal of top station quality
Design and develop stations for guests as places to stay and live, not just as transit points
Handle construction projects ranging from classic renovations to creative approaches like green walls or smart lockers
Represent operator interests in construction meetings and maintain overview of projects, construction measures and timelines
Act as interface between project team, station management, headquarters and external partners
Monitor construction sites and quality assurance with focus on guest experience

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed university degree in civil engineering or architecture or comparable qualification (master/technician) with relevant professional experience
First professional experience in project management or project leadership of complex construction projects
Ideally knowledge of railway-specific regulations
Goal-oriented thinking and authentic, empathetic communication
Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Driving license (class B) mandatory for supervising construction sites on site
