The development program "Führungskraft Instandhaltung" (EFI) offers tailored support for entry into a leadership role in maintenance. Participants will be prepared for operational leadership functions in the plant and maintenance sector within two years.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

learning the core business, interfaces, and stakeholders of DB InfraGO
practical and project assignments
shadowing experienced managers
comprehensive technical qualification in maintenance
taking on responsible tasks in specialist projects
building a network in the respective regions
receiving individual support through feedback and mentoring

Anforderungen:

successfully completed university degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or transportation engineering
at least 3 years of professional experience
winning personality
affinity for technology and infrastructure
willingness to take responsibility
ability to handle stress
strong teamwork and communication skills
