The DB InfraGO AG is looking for a Baugeräteführer:in / Baggerfahrer:in / Zweiwegebaggerfahrer:in to join their team at locations in Esslingen am Neckar, Offenburg, and Kaiserslautern. The role involves operating construction equipment, preparing for and executing railway and infrastructure-related tasks, and performing maintenance and transportation. Qualifications include specific training, licenses, and shift work readiness. The employer emphasizes diversity and inclusion.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Safe and proper operation of construction equipment such as two-way excavators and other track-guided construction machinery in railway superstructure and civil engineering
preparation of blocking pauses and shunting movements, along with subsequent construction work in the track, civil, and overhead line sectors
timely and economical execution of construction work according to DB AG guidelines and accident prevention regulations
maintenance and servicing of construction equipment, transfer of vehicles, and execution of material transport.

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of vocational training as a construction equipment operator, track or civil engineer, or comparable field
possession of a European license for railway vehicles Class A and B2
qualification to operate two-way excavators or interest in obtaining it
readiness for shift work (early, late, weekend, holiday work)
ability to integrate quickly into teams and work efficiently under pressure
possession of a Class B driver’s license
very good German language skills (spoken and written).
