Die Industrie von morgen braucht smarte Anlagen und Menschen, die diese technologische Vision anführen. Für die deutsche Tochtergesellschaft einer international erfolgreichen Unternehmensgruppe (einem echten Spezialisten für High-End-Antriebslösungen) suchen wir aktuell einen Automation Engineering Manager (m/w/d). Ihr Arbeitsplatz ist das größte Produktionswerk der Gruppe in Südniedersachsen (Großraum Göttingen / Hannover). In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie das Steuer der Abteilung Automatisierungstechnik und prägen die technologische Zukunft des gesamten Standorts.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Steuerung der Abteilung Automatisierungstechnik
  • Prägung der technologischen Zukunft des Standorts

Anforderungen

  • Studium der Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierungstechnik (idealerweise im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau) und Leitung interdisziplinärer Teams und Projekte
  • Kenntnisse in SPS-Programmierung (Siemens TIA Portal, Step7, WinCC) und idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in der Roboterprogrammierung (bevorzugt ABB)
  • Starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, Kostenanalysen und Investitionsplanungen, Auslegung komplexer Anlagen
  • Konzeptionelles Denken und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Wünschenswert

Praktische Erfahrung in der Roboterprogrammierung (bevorzugt ABB)
