Jobbeschreibung

Wir wollen Prozesse über Teams hinweg robust, automatisiert und skalierbar machen – mit modernen Tools (Make, APIs, Webhooks, AI). Ziel ist weniger “Tool-Bastelei”, mehr End-to-End Prozessdesign, stabile Integrationen und messbare Entlastung. Du nimmst Business-Use-Cases aus den Teams, übersetzt sie in saubere Prozess- und Systemlogik und baust daraus Automationen, die laufen: zuverlässig, versioniert, dokumentiert, mit Monitoring. Innerhalb des gesetzten Frameworks bist du die “Builder”-Power.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Use Cases aufnehmen: mit Teams sprechen, Prozess verstehen, Soll-Prozess definieren, Risiken/Abhängigkeiten klären
  • Automationen bauen: vor allem mit Make (und nativ per API, Webhooks, Scripting wo nötig)
  • System-Integrationen: Datenflüsse zwischen CRM, PM-Tools, Finance, Support, Data Layer - inkl. Fehlerhandling
  • AI-Automations: LLM-basierte Schritte dort einsetzen, wo es Sinn macht (z. B. Klassifikation, Zusammenfassung, Drafts, Datenanreicherung) - mit Guardrails
  • Standards & Betrieb: Naming, Versionierung, Logging, Monitoring, Runbooks, Rechte/Secrets, Quality Gates
  • Enablement: Champions in den Teams befähigen, sodass nicht alles zentral hängen bleibt
  • Automation-Roadmap: Quick Wins vs. strukturelle Fixes sauber trennen und priorisieren

Anforderungen

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau von Automationen und Integrationen, die produktiv im Einsatz sind
  • Sicherer Umgang mit APIs (REST, Authentifizierung, Webhooks, Rate Limits, Pagination, Idempotenz)
  • Fähigkeit, in Prozessen und Datenmodellen zu denken
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, saubere Dokumentation und konsequente Umsetzung bis zum Abschluss
  • Ausgeprägte Stärke in der strukturierten Analyse von Problemen

Wünschenswert

  • Erfahrung mit iPaaS/Automation (Make, Zapier, n8n) + etwas Scripting (JS/Python)
  • Erfahrung mit CRM/RevOps/Finance Ops Integrationen
  • Erfahrung mit Berechtigungskonzepten, SSO/IAM Basics, Security-by-default
