The program 'Chance plus Gleisbau' prepares participants for vocational training by combining practical work on-site with theoretical lessons. The theoretical lessons take place in Erfurt, while practical phases are in Wittenberg and Königsborn. The program is designed for individuals who have completed school but have not yet found an apprenticeship.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Supporting construction teams in the track area
Learning how the rail network of Deutsche Bahn is checked and maintained
Replacing damaged tracks and switches
Renewing the track bed
Working with different building materials and high-tech machines

Anforderungen:

School completion (soon)
No completed vocational training yet
Registered as 'ausbildungsplatzsuchend' with the employment agency
Flexibility with changing working hours
Teamwork skills
Enjoy varied tasks
