Jobbeschreibung:

The 3-year apprenticeship as an industrial electrician and train driver (m/f/d) for S-Bahn Berlin GmbH in Berlin includes two years of training as an industrial electrician and one year of training as a train driver. After successful completion, you will be employed as a train driver for the S-Bahn.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Learning the basics of electricity and electrical systems
Assembly and processing of electrical systems in S-Bahn trains
Conducting safety checks
Learning the rules of safe and smooth railway operations
Driving S-Bahn trains in regular operation and deviations from regular operation
Ensuring passengers reach their destination safely, on time, and comfortably

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of school with a recognized German school-leaving certificate
At least 17 years old at the start of the apprenticeship
Manual dexterity and enjoyment of tinkering in free time
Responsibility and reliability
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
