Jobbeschreibung:

Training to become a railway operator in train traffic control. The training lasts 3 years and takes place in Schkopau near Halle/Saale and Böhlen. The vocational school location is Schkeuditz.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Familiarize with working in a signal box
Learn and operate different signal box techniques
Basics of railway operations and the interaction of all parties involved
Learn to set routes (track, switches, signals) for trains correctly
Regulate the execution of line and shunting operations
Communication and coordination with colleagues in the signal box, train drivers and control centers

Anforderungen:

Realschule with very good to good results
German language skills at least at B2 level
Ability to remain calm and maintain an overview in demanding situations
Willingness to take responsibility and work concentrated
Teamwork and reliability
Willingness to work in shifts
