Jobbeschreibung:

As an order planner, you will ensure the planning, control, and processing of maintenance measures for control and safety technology at DB InfraGO AG. Your tasks include overseeing processes from planning to completion, analyzing deviations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Reliable and compliant order planning, control, and execution of maintenance measures in the field of control and safety technology
consideration of operational, technical, economic, quantity, and budget aspects in planning, calculation, monitoring, coordination, reporting, and completion of tasks
calculation of individual work steps, creation of purchase requisitions for approved maintenance measures, and timely retrieval of materials, machines, and resources
conducting plan-actual comparisons on individual order level (costs and quantities) and analyzing possible deviations
regular communication with clients and service providers regarding current and upcoming tasks
coordinating technical-operational planning with fine planning and operations concerning personnel capacity and scheduling

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed vocational training or advanced qualification in the field of electrical engineering
ideally knowledge in the field of control and safety technology and experience in maintenance
basic understanding of railway operations and experience with construction measures in transport infrastructure
proficient use of Office 365 in daily business
initial experience with SAP R/3
independent, structured, and reliable work style
high quality orientation
strong initiative, commitment, and performance
team player
