Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Responsible for selling individually tailored, consulting-intensive (fixed-line, software and telephone system services) from individual product components and complex solutions to business customers in the existing portfolio as well as to new customers (acquisition) in support of an experienced Data Account Manager
  • Generate qualified leads for cloud and cyber-security products and projects
  • Take over your own sales territory as a Data Account Manager or possibly as an Account Manager in customer sales within 11 to 15 months
  • Build real relationships with our business customers – personal, partnership, professional
  • Recognize what our customers need – from internet & telephony to cloud and IT security solutions
  • Develop individual strategies to win new customers and inspire existing customers in the long term
  • Be part of a motivated team that works in a goal-oriented manner and delivers results

Anforderungen:

  • Abitur and completed commercial training as a minimum requirement or a completed university degree ideally in a commercial and/or technical field
  • Advantageous is one to two years of professional experience in direct sales in a business customer environment, ideally in IT, software or telecommunications
  • Interest and ideally affinity for technology, digital solutions and innovation
  • Communication skills, team spirit – and enjoyment of convincing people
  • Goal-oriented: Sets and prioritizes challenging goals
  • Good English skills in spoken and written (B2 according to GER)
  • German skills in spoken and written (C2 according to GER)

Wünschenswert:

  • One to two years of professional experience in direct sales in a business customer environment, ideally in IT, software or telecommunications
  • Affinity for technology, digital solutions and innovation

  • Take over your own sales territory as a Data Account Manager or possibly as an Account Manager in customer sales within 11 to 15 months
  • Analyze a partial sales territory (10-20 accounts), acquire new customer potential, and qualify customer contacts of a DAM territory
  • Exploit existing customer potential
  • Reduce churn rate
  • Conduct comprehensive and holistic needs analyses
  • Support in scheduling appointments, sales visits, creating offers, follow-up, contract conclusion, evaluation of success or failure, customer care after conclusion, and customer win-back
  • Work closely with the Data Account Manager to achieve sales targets
