Responsible for the sale of individually tailored, consulting-intensive fixed-line, software, and telephone system services from individual product components and complex solutions to existing business customers and new customers (acquisition) in support of an experienced Data Account Manager
Take over your own sales territory as a Data Account Manager or possibly as an Account Manager in customer sales within 11 to 15 months
Analyze a partial sales territory (10-20 accounts), acquire new customer potential, and qualify customer contacts of a DAM territory
Exploit existing customer potential
Reduce churn rate
Conduct comprehensive and holistic needs analyses
Support in scheduling appointments, sales visits, creating offers, follow-up, contract conclusion, evaluation of success or failure, customer care after conclusion, and customer win-back
Work closely with the Data Account Manager to achieve sales targets
Anforderungen
Abitur and completed commercial training as a minimum requirement
Advantageous is one to two years of professional experience in direct sales in a business customer environment, ideally in the IT, software, or telecommunications industry
High degree of flexibility, self-motivation, initiative, and assertiveness
Goal-oriented: Sets and prioritizes challenging goals
Focused: Concentrates on the essentials, manages time and resources
Good English language skills in speaking and writing
