Votre mission principale sera orientée "Early Career" (Intégration & suivi des alternants et des stagiaires). Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la Chargée Early Career.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Manage the Apprenticeship/Internship order (+200 needs)
Ensure the arrival and welcome of interns and apprentices, organize dedicated events (integration email, canteen badges, welcome morning) and animate the community of apprentices and interns
Be a point of entry on administrative topics for RHG STAFFING teams and for the business lines (transfer, tutor change, school change, internal mobility, international mobility...)
Ensure regular relations with administrative managers of RHG GAP via the Alis application (sick leave, unpaid absence, exit)
Monitor headcount (entries/exits) and follow up on evaluations
Work with the HR Business Partner team to contribute to projects around career management and personnel administration

Anforderungen

Diploma BAC+4/5 in business school or equivalent university (RNCP recognized) with specialization in human resources
Fluent French
Intermediate English
Knowledge of human resources
Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel

Monthly remuneration between 1566€ and 2373€ gross per month for preparation of a bac+4/5 diploma paid over 12 or 13 months depending on host entity
