Verantwortlichkeiten:

Du sorgst für die kontinuierliche Betriebsbereitschaft aller bestehenden Restaurants in der Region München/Augsburg, indem du den technischen Zustand der Anlagen sicherstellst
Du vertrittst das Unternehmen in der Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Abteilungen, Vermietern, staatlichen Institutionen und dem Versicherungsanbieter, indem du technische Prozesse und Lösungen überwachst und koordinierst
Du führst technische Inspektionen und Audits durch, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Standorte gesetzeskonform sind (z. B. Bau- und Brandschutz)
Du analysierst die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen der Restaurants/Stores in den Bereichen Gerätewartung und Gebäudewartung. Gemeinsam mit operativen Geschäftspartnern entwickelst du Aktionspläne zur Leistungsverbesserung
Du setzt Innovationen im Facility Management und technische Optimierungslösungen um. Dabei unterstützt du abteilungsübergreifende Projekte mit deinem technischen Know-how
Du lieferst schnelle, kosteneffiziente und qualitativ hochwertige Facility-Management-Unterstützung für alle Marken. Außerdem verwaltest du Rahmenverträge mit allen Anbietern und Partnern in deiner Region

Anforderungen:

Masterabschluss in Bauingenieurwesen/Bauwesen (Zertifikatsabschluss zum Bauleiter von Vorteil)
Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise als Projektmanager oder Facility Manager
Hohe Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
Kenntnisse über Normen, Vorschriften und Baugesetze
Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
Kenntnisse in Buchhaltung, Budgetmanagement und Risikobewertung
Planungsfähigkeiten
Proaktive Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Ergebnisorientierung
Führerschein und Reisebereitschaft
