Jobbeschreibung:

As an archivist for DB InfraGO AG at the Trebbin location, you will handle the maintenance of the archive with customer-oriented services while considering company goals. Your responsibilities include labeling, organizing, managing documents and electronic media, quality checks for electronic archivization, and ensuring archival conservation.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Managing and servicing the archive as a customer-oriented service taking into account company and business area goals
correct labeling, signing, packaging, copying, and digitalizing archives
transferring, organizing, and managing collections of written records and electronic media
performing controls on archives (entry and exit)
inspecting existing collections for damage and arranging restoration or conservation if necessary
preparing documents for electronic archiving including quality assessment and pre-archival processes

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed studies as Archivist or in Information Sciences (Archive, Library, Documentation)
alternatively, completed training as Specialist for Media and Information Services with a focus on Archive, Information, and Documentation or Library, or a technical-commercial training with experience in archival work
familiarity with an archive management system and MS Office products
strong communication skills combined with customer- and service-oriented behavior
independence and initiative
efficient work organization
