• Develop schedule plans for the timely and economic construction process with material, machine and personnel deployment plans
• Develop logistics and technology concepts
• Create order-related requirement requests, reservations and order triggers
• Ensure timely materialization of construction projects
• Create quantity and material lists in cooperation with construction managers and foremen
• Check offered services and quantity approaches for completeness and plausibility
• Organize and conduct regular coordination meetings with external and internal partners
• Document results and coordinate optimal cooperation
• Prepare required external service procurement through the most suitable subcontractors according to business criteria
• Participate in the implementation of a continuous improvement process in service provision and continuous development of optimization potential

• Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Alternatively completed technical college or university degree or several years of professional experience
• Comprehensive technical knowledge in engineering, civil engineering and structural engineering
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant guidelines and VOB/B
• Professional experience in work preparation is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• High level of commitment, structured and reliable working methods and pronounced quality orientation
• Initiative, independence and willingness to perform, organizational skills, assertiveness, commitment and high resilience even under time pressure
• Working method characterized by communication and team skills, flexibility as well as economic thinking and action
• Willingness to acquire further qualifications
• Valid class B driver's license
