The DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH is a comprehensive service provider for rail infrastructure within Deutsche Bahn. Responsibilities include planning, building, and maintaining railway systems across Germany, with over 40 locations and a focus on environmentally friendly practices and innovation.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Ensuring systemic, content-related, timely, and quality preparation of maintenance orders in rail infrastructure
planning maintenance orders based on inputs from project managers
independently managing and adjusting timelines for maintenance orders while tracking milestones and deadlines
creating labor plans and flowcharts
determining material and tool requirements
documenting completed maintenance actions
ensuring compliance with safety regulations

Anforderungen:

Completed degree in civil engineering or comparable qualifications acquired through vocational training and extensive professional experience
previous experience in planning maintenance activities and knowledge of operational maintenance is ideal
proficiency in common software applications like MS Office
willingness to take on responsibility and pursue further development
commitment, teamwork, initiative and flexibility
valid class B driving license
