Welcome to your next big adventure! The world of cooking has always fascinated you, and you’re curious about what happens behind the scenes in a professional kitchen? Here, you can find out exactly that! During your three-year apprenticeship as a chef, you will become a real professional in the kitchen and learn all aspects of the gastronomy industry. You will create culinary highlights for our guests and ensure that their experience is unforgettable, not only in taste but also in memory.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Preparation and cooking of dishes in various kitchen areas (appetizers, main courses, desserts)
Receiving, inspecting, and proper storage of food products
Learning and adhering to hygiene standards (HACCP) and safety regulations
Supporting the planning of menus and food offerings
Plating and presenting dishes for guests
Handling kitchen equipment and professional materials
Collaborating with the kitchen team and supporting other colleagues
Participating in internal training sessions and meetings for further education
Assisting with special events and buffets

Anforderungen:

Completed schooling
Good knowledge of German and English
Initial experience in gastronomy, hospitality, or service through internships or part-time jobs is a plus
True team player
Creativity and a passion for hospitality
Charming, authentic demeanor, well-groomed appearance, and clear communication skills
