Administration & Accounting Manager position at 25hours Hotel The Royal Bavarian in Munich, responsible for financial management, accounting, and acting as the interface between hotel management and central finance.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable management
  • Processing reminder lists
  • Handling verification and account assignment of incoming invoices
  • Checking daily closings
  • Managing cash registers
  • Preparing monthly closings including inventory and provisions
  • Advising and supporting all employees
  • Acting as interface between General Manager and Finance Department
  • Monitoring figures with precision
  • Coordinating preparation of hotel budget
  • Evaluating reports for monthly finance meetings

Anforderungen:

  • Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in the hotel or catering industry
  • Fluent in English
  • Accurate, service-oriented and a team player
  • Good self-management skills
  • Ability to inspire colleagues
