Als Accounting & Finance Specialist kannst du dein analytisches Können unter Beweis stellen und treibst Projekte sowie Prozessoptimierungen in der Bilanzbuchhaltung voran.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Verantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse von Konzerngesellschaften nach HGB und lokalem GAAP
Ausbau des konzernweiten Cash & Treasury Managements
Unterstützung der Konzerngesellschaften bei Fragen der Rechnungslegung und Steuergestaltung
Einbringen in die Ausgestaltung der Transfer Pricing Richtlinie
Unterstützung der lokalen Steuerberater bei Erstellung der Steuererklärungen
Gestaltung von Prozessen durch neue Tools und Programme
Ansprechpartner gegenüber Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatern

Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter
Breites Verständnis vom Zusammenspiel von Bilanz und GuV
Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im internationalen Umfeld
Kenntnis von Geschäftsvorfällen in internationalen Konzernen
Große Systemaffinität im Finanzumfeld, idealerweise mit NetSuite und LucaNet
Organisationstalent
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Kommunikativ
Fließend Deutsch
Gute Englischkenntnisse

Wünschenswert:

Erste Berufserfahrung im internationalen Umfeld
Kenntnis von Geschäftsvorfällen in internationalen Konzernen
Systemaffinität mit NetSuite und LucaNet

Responsible for central areas of general ledger accounting including monthly and annual financial statements, account reconciliation, and balance sheet preparation according to HGB
Act as interface to auditors, tax consultants, and adjacent finance areas
Independently manage general ledger areas and posting cycles, from ongoing bookkeeping to preparation and participation in monthly and annual financial statements
Perform account reconciliations and clarify complex business transactions
Handle balance sheet preparation according to HGB including provisions, accruals, and valuation of relevant balance sheet items
Perform regular intercompany reconciliations and clarify differences with group companies
Manage payment transactions, handle bank accounting, and ensure correct posting of payment processes
Support process optimization and actively participate in digitalization initiatives in the specialist area

Fundament: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lagerlogistik (z. B. Fachlagerist) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufspraxis.
