Jobbeschreibung:

Account Manager position focusing on acquiring new customers in industry, public sector and financial service providers. Responsible for complex sales cycles, digital transformation projects, and building sustainable customer relationships through consultative selling.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Identify new customers and support their digital transformation
Work closely with Solution Consultants, Marketing and Professional Services team
Build long-term and sustainable customer relationships
Communicate SER's range of services and develop individually tailored solutions
Confidently represent the SER brand and inspire people to rely on products
Practice consultative selling and intensive listening to customers

Anforderungen:

Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, IT Management or comparable education
Several years and successful track record in sale of SaaS Solutions
Experience in consulting with C-Level customers in complex cloud-based solutions
Experience dealing with large enterprise SaaS projects
Expert knowledge of the B2B buying process and main competitors
Willingness to travel in greater vicinity of office and throughout UK & Europe
