Verantwortlichkeiten

Sell standard products, catalog solutions and add-ons to existing customers as well as new customers (acquisition) in a fixed assigned sales territory
Responsible for achieving sales and targets in your assigned sales territory
Ensure high presence, effective support and customer loyalty to Vodafone in your area
Analyze the sales territory and qualify customer contacts
analyze and acquire new customer potential and exploit existing customer potential
reduce the churn rate
Conduct needs analyses with the customer, taking into account competitive conditions (price analyses, complementary requirements)

Anforderungen

Abitur and completed commercial training as a minimum requirement, ideally completed university degree
1-2 years of professional experience in sales of telecommunications or hardware/software/IT products
Good technical knowledge
Independent working
Sales-oriented thinking & acting
Good crisis management skills
