Supply officer

• Independently handles activities related to securing production-related services and manufacturing commodities of both non-critical and critical nature
• Monitors relevant suppliers (domestic and international) and manages internal and external communication regarding critical parts
• Monitors the progress of subcontracted production and updates delivery deadlines
• Expedites delayed deliveries and handles discrepancies and claims with suppliers
• Organizes transportation of materials and transport to/from subcontractors
• Creates and maintains relevant data in the information system
• Performs necessary analyses and prepares reports

• Microsoft office on professional level
• SAP experience (material requirements planning) its big advantage
• Professional English necessary, other language is advantage
