Supervisor with German

We are creating a new Technical assistance team in Ostrava, which will be taking over key processes and responsibilities from our colleagues in Germany. As a Supervisor, you will play a central role not only in supporting people in challenging situations, but also in shaping, stabilizing, and improving the processes that will define how this new team operates. We’re looking for someone who can ideally start on March 1st and who is ready to take responsibility, motivate others, and drive continuous improvement.
