Senior QA Manager

As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead quality assurance strategy, governance, and delivery across IT products and client implementation programs within a multicultural and geographically distributed environment. You will be responsible for defining and driving QA processes, standards, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, Project Managers, and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery aligned with business objectives. You will also oversee QA planning, estimation, execution, reporting, and team leadership while promoting best practices in both manual and automated testing approaches.
