In IT support at Sazka, we don't just solve password resets. We are a team that takes technical challenges head on – from managing the cloud environment in Azure to maintaining on-premise servers. We are looking for an experienced partner who can easily solve more complex incidents and be a support for our security team. Current operations: We primarily work with Azure, Zabbix, on-premise servers (Win and Linux), Jira, SQL (MSSQL and PostgreSQL). Our vision (DevOps path): Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), containers (K8s) and maximum process automation. What is important to us: We are looking for seniority in at least one of the listed areas. You don't have to know everything perfectly, but in one domain we want you to be like a fish in water.

Odpovědnosti:

L2 Support: Solving incidents escalated from the first line and technical support for key Sazka applications
Hybrid infrastructure: Management and maintenance of cloud environment in Azure and physical servers
Security cooperation: Resolving security findings and removing vulnerabilities
Monitoring: Monitoring system performance and availability via Zabbix and Grafana
Application lifecycle: Working in QA, UAT and PROD environments – patching, upgrades and deployment of new features

Požadavky:

Secondary/University technical education and experience in administration or advanced support
Knowledge of LAN, WAN, firewalls and load balancing
English at a level to handle daily communication with our suppliers
Willingness to be on call (after thorough training)
