The Proposal Manager oversees the entire process of creating a commercial offer. Your task is to ensure that the final offer is submitted on time, meets all customer requirements and is at the same time competitive and profitable for the company. It is a very complex and key role that connects the technical, commercial and financial parts of the company.

Odpovědnosti:

Coordinate the preparation of the offer (commercial and technical)
ensure the result corresponds to the tender specification
coordinate cooperation with other departments in the company
collaborate with the Lead Project Engineer in obtaining inputs for the technical solution
support the Sales Manager in commercial aspects
work with inputs from SCM (Supply Chain), Purchasing and Calculation departments for correct price composition
actively participate in the creation of standardized solutions for the company's products
monitor how customers accept these standard solutions and propose changes to increase their competitiveness
compile prequalification documents if required
participate in the internal offer approval process
participate in negotiations with the customer on the content of the offer and final contract terms

Požadavky:

Secondary school or university degree in economics or technical field advantageous
experience in a similar position (ideally 2-5 years)
knowledge of PC work
knowledge of English at a communicative level
technical-commercial overview - ability to understand both the technical essence of the product and the business strategy
financial literacy: Understanding costs, pricing and profitability
analytical thinking: Ability to "read" tender specifications, identify risks, shortcomings and discrepancies between requirements and standard solutions
independent decision-making
driving license category B
