DOOSAN Škoda Power ensures, in addition to design, production, supply, and installation, also the service of steam turbines with outputs from 5 MW to 1.6 GW. As part of the service, it provides its customers with planned maintenance, inspections, repairs, consulting, and supply of spare parts. These activities are part of individual projects/service orders.

Odpovědnosti:

Managing the bidding process from obtaining information about a prepared project, signing the contract to the subsequent implementation of the entire case
Internal coordination and management of activities related to the preparation of technical, commercial, and legal documentation
Active care for existing customers and interaction with technical components of the company to find the optimal solution for customer requirements
Searching for new business opportunities
Preparation and signing of offers, negotiation and preparation for closing contracts with customers and subsequent submission of offers and contracts for further approval according to the company's signature policy
Leading the entire business case with the customer from the first offer through contract signing, implementation, and handover to the customer
Preparation of reporting for management

Požadavky:

Technical or economic education (ideally technical university with a focus on energy)
Czech and English at a communicative level required
Knowledge of another world language (German, Spanish) an advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical position, of which at least 2 years in project management
Knowledge of PMI principles or equivalent (certification an advantage)
Active interest in personal and professional development
Excellent organizational and negotiation skills, stress resistance, independence, responsibility, ability to work in a team
Flexibility, willingness to travel
