Learning Systems Specialist

Manage and further develop global learning systems, mainly Cornerstone OnDemand. Ensure system stability, process quality and good user experience. Translate learning and business requirements into system solutions. Act as the main contact for learning system changes and enhancements. Coordinate cooperation with IT and external vendors. Support integration of new tools into the learning environment. Manage user roles, permissions and data in line with GDPR. Develop reporting, KPIs and analytics for learning.
