As Head of Group Controlling, you will act as a key deputy and trusted partner to the Group CFO, with primary responsibility for steering financial performance across the group's divisions and companies. This senior role sits at the heart of the group, ensuring strong controlling governance, transparency, and consistency of financial information. You will closely monitor the performance of individual companies, provide deep analytical insights, and challenge management teams to drive efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth across the group. The group is primarily composed of manufacturing companies, making strong experience in a production-driven environment essential for success in this role. The role is based on-site at the Group headquarters in Prague.

Odpovědnosti:

Develop and drive group-wide strategic financial plans and ensure their effective implementation across the group
Coordinate controlling processes across subsidiaries, ensuring alignment, consistency, and best-practice sharing
Standardize and continuously optimize budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes on a group level
Deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting for executive management and shareholders, providing clear insights into performance and deviations
Lead the financial integration of newly acquired companies into the group's controlling and reporting structures
Ensure strong controlling support for service organization and associated companies within the group
Define and implement a group-wide production controlling framework, including relevant KPIs and performance metrics
Drive the digitalization of reporting and automation of financial processes, improving efficiency, accuracy, and transparency
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of controllers at the holding level, fostering a high-performance and business-oriented controlling culture

Požadavky:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in controlling, financial management, or reporting, including proven experience in a senior or comparable managerial role, gained primarily within manufacturing companies
Demonstrated experience in leading controlling teams and designing, implementing, and optimizing controlling processes at a group or corporate level
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to define, translate, and drive financial objectives in line with business strategy
Solid knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards, with the ability to ensure compliance and consistency across the group
Hands-on experience with acquisitions and post-merger integration, particularly in integrating new companies into group financial structures
Proven expertise in production controlling, including a strong understanding of operational KPIs and performance drivers
Advanced knowledge of ERP and BI systems
Advanced Excel and data analytics skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
Fluent English (spoken and written), enabling effective communication with international subsidiaries and stakeholders
Willingness to work in a full-time on-site role based in Prague and to travel regularly to group companies
