As our IT Service Manager & On-Site Support Lead, you will be the crucial link ensuring operational excellence and service quality across our Czech fitness clubs. You are responsible for the strategic management of IT services (Incident, Problem, Change) while providing direct, hands-on technical support for critical branch infrastructure (turnstiles, QR scanners, network equipment, printers, PCs). Your mission is to guarantee seamless, autonomous club operation and high user satisfaction across our rapidly expanding network.

Strategic management of IT services (Incident, Problem, Change)
Providing direct, hands-on technical support for critical branch infrastructure (turnstiles, QR scanners, network equipment, printers, PCs)
Guarantee seamless, autonomous club operation and high user satisfaction across our rapidly expanding network

Požadavky:

Minimum 5 years of combined experience in IT Service Management and technical End-User Support
Strong grasp of ITSM methodologies (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
ITIL certification is a major plus
Proficiency in networking, infrastructure, security, and the maintenance of physical club equipment (e.g., access control, printers, endpoints, peripherals)
Must be available to travel frequently to club locations across the Czech Republic
Excellent communication skills, user empathy, a results-oriented mindset
Fluency in English & Czech (both spoken and written)
Experience with major ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, BMC Remedy) is preferred
Knowledge of BCP/DRP planning is preferred
