DHL Supply Chain is looking for an experienced manager to lead operations at one of the largest warehouses in the EMEA region, dedicated to a popular international toy building brand. As a DC Manager, you will be fully responsible for the operational and financial success of the site.

Odpovědnosti

Lead and manage a safe, efficient, and profitable site
Aligning and training Operations Managers on their roles and responsibilities
Managing time and data effectively
Monitoring operational performance and adjusting strategies as needed
Forecasting volume with customers and planning resources monthly
Tracking site performance, attendance, and overtime costs to identify improvement opportunities
Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are up to date and accessible
Engaging in process standardization initiatives with the leadership team
Conducting performance reviews with customers against KPIs
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability
Acting as the primary contact for customer site operations, fostering strong relationships

Požadavky

Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak
Previous experience in managing an Operations/Warehouse
Capability of defining and deploying strategic plan for the site
Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Leadership skills, experience in managing several reporting layers below
Building and maintaining customer relationship
Good balance of Results oriented and respectful leadership approach
Ability to lead change processes
Experience in managing P&L
