Customer Operations Center Manager (Europe)

• Lead and develop the Customer Operations Center for Europe as a key pillar of Bühler’s global service strategy, driving profitable growth and an outstanding customer experience
• Manage a team providing customer and technical remote support across multiple disciplines
• Set up and continuously improve operational processes, tools and workflows
• Develop and implement a roadmap for RemoteCare, 24/7 support, connectivity and digital service capabilities aligned with regional and global service strategies
• Ensure reliable service delivery, including remote and digital services
• Own the operational budget, cost control and profitability
• Cooperate closely with sales, service and engineering teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain regular contact with customers and key internal stakeholders
• Provide feedback to the business units to improve service offerings and digital solutions

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or another STEM-related field
• Experience in project management, customer service operations or automation engineering
• Proven people leadership experience
• Exposure to international working environments
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
• Basic knowledge of financial planning and cost management
• Strong interest in digital solutions and service innovation
• Fluent English, written and spoken
