This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. Team member of Financial team. Main activities - accounting, monitoring legislation, cooperation between business and FAO HUB, audit activities.

Odpovědnosti:

Monitoring of receivables regarding to insolvency proceedings, preparing of documents for legal dept., overall responsibility of CZ LC audit, CoA maintenance
Preparation of statements (for business and statical office)
Coordination of cooperation between auditors and business, communication with auditors, data extraction for further use (Master Data Check, PR documents for SOX controls)
Closing activities (Manual Journal Entries Preparation, Business Allocations - Real Estate, Mobile Phones, ...), WTC Loans Allocations (update of allocation wages)
Ad hoc activities (accounts monitoring, handling accounting requests from business)
Participation on New SAP 4/Hana implementation
Preparation and reporting of monthly/quarterly/yearly statistics, T2 activities (accounts check and mapping, upload trial balance to T2, adjustments and checks in the T2 tool etc.), in cooperation with Tax manager SOX controls related to T2
Calculation of local taxes (road tax, WHT, property tax), preparation of payment request for income tax advances and other local taxes Monitoring, requesting entries and clearing related with tax resulting from CZRBT-employees abroad
Requesting Tax confirmations from Tax Authority, responsibility for local accounting

Požadavky:

Secondary or university education
Previous experience with the SAP ERP system
At least 3 years of experience in accounting
Communicative level of Czech and English (minimum B2) – daily communication
Strong analytical thinking
Person who already cooperated with global services centers (IN, PL)
