Odpovědnosti:

Delivering legendary service to all customers by acting with a “customer first” attitude and connecting with them
Consistently providing quality beverages, whole beans and food products for all customers by adhering to all recipe, presentation and health and safety standards
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace so that partners can locate resources and products as needed
Engaging with and understanding our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication

Požadavky:

Acting with integrity, honesty and knowledge to promote Starbucks’ culture, values and mission
Being available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Maintaining regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Proudly wearing the iconic green apron and meeting the required dress code
Following Starbucks stores’ operating policies and standards, cash handling and ensuring store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
Setting a positive example for the team members by maintaining a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events
Showing your ability and willingness to learn quickly, even if you don’t have previous work experience
Understanding and carrying out verbal and written instructions and requesting clarification when needed
Making the most of your strong interpersonal skills
Being a true team player and building strong relationships
