Is flexible – doesn't mind morning shifts, evenings, weekends, or holidays
Goes to work regularly and on time – the team can rely on you
Wears the green apron with pride and adheres to the dress code
Follows operational rules, safety standards, and handles cash responsibly
Remains calm even during busy shifts and sets an example for others
Learns quickly and isn't afraid of new things – previous experience is not necessary
Understands instructions and isn't afraid to ask when unsure
Has strong communication skills
Is a team player and enjoys building relationships
