The position is part of the Remote Customer Meeting Point (RCMP) – IKEA's modern omnichannel sales model that connects all customer contact channels. Thanks to RCMP, we meet customers online, anytime and anywhere, and help them find solutions that lead to better results and long-term satisfaction.

Odpovědnosti:

Accepting orders and requests from corporate customers and proposing optimal solutions, mainly by phone or email
Administratively ensuring the realization of these orders during the day, primarily via email and phone, partly through personal contact
Selecting suitable services for the customer related to order realization (transport, assembly, etc.)
Handling invoice payments and monitoring whether all obligations are settled
Maintaining active contact and good relationships with external service partners
Being part of a unified CZ team and closely cooperating with colleagues from various stores

Požadavky:

Customer-oriented
Able to advise customers on product and service selection
Good communication skills
Independent and responsible
Able to propose changes and improvements to established procedures
Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems simultaneously
Native Czech language proficiency (spoken and written)
Communicative level of English
Stress-resistant and able to remain calm in any situation
