We're looking for an experienced Application Business Analyst to take ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform. Working closely with the Regional Financial Systems Manager, business stakeholders, and IT teams, you'll ensure Business Central remains stable, effective, and aligned with our operational needs — while acting as the go-to person for support, analysis, and continuous improvement.
Odpovědnosti
Administer and maintain the Business Central environment, managing user setup, roles, permissions, and security access
Monitor system performance and data integrity, proactively identifying and resolving issues
Support upgrades, patches, and release activities, and maintain accurate system documentation
Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors on technical issues and enhancements
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and system solutions
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and reporting through Business Central capabilities
Support change management activities associated with system and process improvements
Act as the primary point of contact for Business Central functional support across the organisation
Troubleshoot issues, support day-to-day user queries, and coordinate escalation where needed
Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and SOPs
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support decision-making
Define KPIs with stakeholders and promote data accuracy and consistency across all outputs
Participate in implementations, upgrades, and integrations — preparing test scripts, coordinating UAT, and supporting deployment activities
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
Act as the liaison between functional users and technical teams, communicating clearly on issues, priorities, and progress
Požadavky
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in an administration, analyst, or support capacity
Experience supporting ERP users across finance, procurement, operations, or supply chain
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Language skills: excellent Czech, English and German
Výhodou
Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, or Power Automate
Exposure to Azure / Business Central integrations
Familiarity with system integrations, release management, and testing
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
